Door balancing strength trainer
The trainer is designed for training uniformed services officers (fire brigade,
police, military, special services) in the following areas:
– breaking down doors with impact and lever tools,
– working with locking pins of various strengths,
– breaking locks and bolts,
– breaking padlocks,
– cutting metal elements (wires, rods, small pipes),
– strength training on doors
The device is intended for training purposes only, under the supervision of an instructor.
Main features and parameters
The trainer consists of the following elements:
- Main frame – welded steel structure in the form of an enlarged reinforced door frame,
– stabilised by a base,
– with mountings for two sets of hinges – for left and right doors.
– With fasteners for a chain on the left and right sides - Door leaf – mounted on the selected set of hinges,
– locked with wooden pins of various diameters,
– after breaking the pins, the leaf opens freely.
– The door can be mounted as right or left, depending on the user’s needs. To change the direction of door opening in the trainer, remove the locking pins, rotate the door 180°, reinsert it into the hinges, replace the locking pins and check that all components are correctly aligned. - Locking inserts (pins) – wooden, replaceable,
– the larger the diameter of the pin, the greater the force required to break it,
– different wood hardnesses available (depending on the training set).
Additional training stations
- Two padlock breaking stations – mounts imitating a gate handle, possibility of mounting various padlocks.
- Station for cutting metal elements – mounts for attaching wire, rod or thin tube, training in working with shears, saws or hydraulic tools.
- Station for breaking locks – element with a hole for a lock cylinder or mechanism, training in the precise destruction of locks using tools for: tearing the inner cylinder, breaking the cylinder body or destroying it with blows.
