Cockpit cross bracket WKK/50
The WKK/50 cockpit cross bracket is used in technical rescue to stabilise and support structures, usually the cockpit or other larger contact surfaces in emergency and rescue situations. The WKK/50 Cockpit Cross Bracket weighs 11.9 kg, with the interfaces and working planes flush with each other and the arms cross at a right angle.
Main features and parameters
This bracket is a welded bracket with holes for belts or chains and is made of S500 steel.
This steel is an alloyed structural steel produced by thermomechanical rolling.
S500 is resistant to cracking, stretching and deformation, even at high temperatures, which is why it is used in the production of structural components with high strength requirements. It is used to stabilise cylindrical or shoulder spreaders.
More details
Thanks to its special design and anti-slip base, whose cone-shaped teeth ensure fast and best anchorage and fitting to the spreader, it offers the highest degree of safety.
The deformation resistance of the bracket far exceeds the forces provided by the hydraulic spreaders used by fire brigade units.
The equipment is protected against corrosion with a complete zinc coating, guaranteeing many years of use.
The product is registered at the European Patent Office – EUIPOv
